Cancellations and purchase options

This policy explains how subscriptions work, and how you can change or cancel them.

Subscriptions

What you're signing up to. When you choose a subscription, you choose either a Top-Up Pack (4 pieces) or an Expansion Pack (12 pieces), and you're agreeing to receive that pack again and again, and to be charged for each one. Subscriptions renew automatically, at the price shown at checkout for the pack you chose, until you cancel. There's no minimum term.

How often. You choose how often you'd like it delivered: every 3, 6, 9 or 12 months.

Your free first Top-Up Pack. Whichever pack you choose, your first delivery is a free Top-Up Pack, sent with the order you place when you start your subscription. Only the first delivery is free. Every renewal after that is charged at the price shown for the pack you chose: a Top-Up subscription renews with Top-Up Packs, and an Expansion subscription renews with Expansion Packs. If you cancel your subscription or return your pack, the free Top-Up Pack is yours to keep.

How you're charged. We store your payment details securely and charge your payment method for each delivery on its renewal date. Your first delivery is a free Top-Up Pack, so nothing is charged for it.

Your reminder. We'll email you 3 days before each recurring order is charged. The email has links to skip, pause or cancel that delivery.

How to skip, pause or cancel. You can skip a delivery, pause your subscription, or cancel it at any time. Log in to your customer account and manage it there, or use the links in your reminder email or order confirmation email. Or email hellooo@noookplay.com and we'll do it for you.

Cut-off. To stop a delivery being charged, skip, pause or cancel any time before that order is charged. Your reminder email, 3 days before, tells you it's coming.

Bought as a gift? Subscriptions are billed to you and sent to the address on this order. Change or cancel them from your account.

Your 14-day right to cancel. You have a legal right to cancel an online order within 14 days, without giving a reason. For a subscription, that legal right runs for 14 days from the day your first delivery arrives. We also give you a fresh 14 days to cancel each later delivery, starting on the day it arrives.
