We use DPD and Royal Mail for deliveries within the UK, and UPS for deliveries outside the UK.

We are unable to take orders for delivery to PO Boxes including Packstations, hotels and freight forwarding services.

Free UK delivery

  • Every order delivered within the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man ships free of charge. This means England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man.
  • Delivery to Great Britain, Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man takes 2 to 5 working days by DPD or Royal Mail, with the carrier chosen by us at dispatch.
  • Deliveries to Jersey may attract Jersey GST at 5% on orders over £60, and deliveries to Guernsey may attract local import charges; these are payable by the recipient to the local customs authority on arrival and are not included in our prices. We complete the customs declaration for you.
  • We do not offer an express delivery option or Collection Point delivery.

Deliveries to countries outside the UK

  • We use UPS as our courier for international deliveries.
  • Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days. The choice of service depends on delivery location and order size and weight.
  • The cost of delivery is calculated at checkout, based on total order weight and size, with rates set by UPS.
  • Duties and tariff charges are estimated by UPS.

Pre-orders and backorders

  • Backorder items are available to order but will not ship until more arrive in our warehouse.
  • Pre-orders are items that are coming soon. They're not out yet, but you can still place your order.
  • Shipping dates for pre-order and backordered items are shown on the product page, in your basket, and in the order summary at checkout.
  • Items ship as soon as they become available. We'll email you when your order leaves our warehouse.
  • If you've ordered other items in addition to your pre-order or backordered item, the rest of the order ships separately.
  • If you've qualified for any free or promotional items, they'll ship with the next available items in your order.

Gift orders

Order a gift for your child or a friend, and know your secret is safe.

  • Every order ships in a plain box. You can specify a different 'ship to' address, such as a relative's house or place of work.
  • If you request delivery to an address different from your billing address, price and billing details are not included, since we assume the delivery is a gift.
  • Pricing information is included in your shipping confirmation email.
